Stuffed Cabbage RollsA staple of Gridanian cuisine. Seasoned ground beef, rolled in freshly harvested cabbage and boiled in broth for hours to make it succulent and tender.

Desserts

Apple StrudelA sweet and crunchy dessert coated in multiple layers of a thin and flaky pastry with a light coating of brown sugar. Filled with juicy fresh apples and served hot with two scoops of vanilla icecream on the side.

Rolanberry CheesecakeA delightfully sweet cake made with our special in house mixture, filled with creamy layers of homemade cream cheese! The top drizzled in a sweet but slightly sour trail of freshly made rolanberrysauce.

Lemon waffleBaked between two hot plates to give this dessert it's characteristic grid-like surface, with a mild aroma of lemon zest to compliment the sugary sweetness. Also served with homemade applesauce!

Almond Cream CroissantA buttery, flaky pastry, folded and layered with butter to give it the well-known shape. Each croissant is filled with a sweet almond cream and sprinkled with crunchy almonds and a generous layer of powdered sugar.
